We build machine learning systems, language models, and computer vision pipelines that solve real problems for real businesses. Based in Scotland, serving clients across the UK and beyond.
Get in touchAbout us
AI Precision Masters started in 2021 when two data scientists grew tired of watching businesses pay for AI projects that never left the prototype stage. Our founding principle was simple: every model we build goes into production within 90 days, or we rework the scope at no extra charge.
Today our team of nine engineers and researchers handles the full lifecycle. Data audit, feature engineering, model training, API deployment, monitoring. We keep each project lean because bloated timelines kill AI initiatives faster than bad data does.
Our office sits in Scotland, but most of our work happens remotely with clients in logistics, healthcare, fintech, and e-commerce. We speak Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and plain English. That last one matters more than most consultancies admit.
What we do
Custom supervised and unsupervised models trained on your data. We handle classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation engines. Each model ships with an API endpoint, a monitoring dashboard, and documentation your team can actually follow.
Sentiment analysis for customer reviews, document classification for legal or medical records, chatbot development, and entity extraction. We fine-tune large language models on domain-specific corpora so they understand your industry vocabulary from day one.
Object detection on production lines, medical image analysis, quality inspection systems, and real-time video analytics. We deploy models on edge devices when latency matters, and in the cloud when throughput does. Typical accuracy targets start at 95% mAP.
Demand forecasting, churn prediction, price optimisation, and risk scoring. We integrate directly with your data warehouse or CRM, pull historical records, and deliver predictions through scheduled batch jobs or live API calls depending on your workflow.
Raw data is useless without clean pipelines. We build ETL workflows in Apache Airflow or Prefect, set up feature stores, and design data validation layers that catch drift before it corrupts your models. Most pipelines run on AWS or GCP, though we support Azure too.
Not every problem needs a neural network. We audit your operations, identify where AI adds genuine value, estimate ROI, and write a roadmap your board can approve. If spreadsheets and SQL solve the problem, we say so. Honest assessments save you six figures.
How it works
We spend one to two weeks examining your data sources, interviewing stakeholders, and mapping business objectives to technical requirements. The output is a scoping document with clear success metrics.
A working proof-of-concept within four weeks. We train initial models, run baseline experiments, and share results in a notebook your technical team can inspect and challenge.
Containerised models behind a REST API, integrated with your existing systems. We handle CI/CD, automated testing, and load balancing. Typical deployment takes three to six weeks after prototype approval.
Models degrade over time. We set up drift detection, automated retraining triggers, and monthly performance reports. You get a Slack or email alert the moment accuracy drops below your threshold.
Questions
It depends on the task. A text classifier can work well with a few thousand labelled examples. An object detection model usually needs several thousand annotated images. During the discovery audit we assess what you have and tell you honestly whether it is enough, or if we need to augment it with synthetic data or transfer learning from a pretrained model.
Discovery audits start at £4,000. A full prototype-to-production project ranges from £15,000 to £80,000 depending on complexity. We quote fixed prices after the discovery phase so there are no surprises. Ongoing monitoring retainers run between £1,200 and £3,500 per month.
Yes. About 60% of our clients are based elsewhere in the UK, and we have active projects with two companies in Germany and one in the Netherlands. Time zone overlap matters more than geography, and UK/EU hours align well.
You do. Every line of code, every trained weight file, every pipeline configuration belongs to your organisation once the final invoice is paid. We keep nothing proprietary. You can bring the project in-house or hand it to another vendor at any time.
Absolutely. We embed into your Slack, attend your standups, and push to your Git repositories. Collaboration beats handoffs. If your team wants to learn the ML stack as we build, we include pair-programming sessions at no extra cost.
